\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenues from mechanical customers while maintaining a loyal customer base.\
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Centre Managers to create and implement sales plans that drive business growth.\
- Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within the designated territory.\
- Ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and supported, monitoring their success in targeted customer sets, promotions, and campaigns.\
- Present and report on sales and marketing activity versus performance.\
- Utilise internal and external market data to understand potential sales opportunities within the customer base and territory.\
- Maintain adequate training and understanding of the TPS brand's Unique Selling Proposition, product range features, and benefits.\
- Effectively manage time to maximise opportunities from customer visits.\

\What We Offer
\A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a motivating and inclusive workplace, opportunities for career growth and development, and a comprehensive rewards package.
