This position is an exciting opportunity to join TPS as a Business Growth Strategist, playing a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenues from mechanical customers while maintaining a loyal customer base.\
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Centre Managers to create and implement sales plans that drive business growth.\
  • Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within the designated territory.\
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and supported, monitoring their success in targeted customer sets, promotions, and campaigns.\
  • Present and report on sales and marketing activity versus performance.\
  • Utilise internal and external market data to understand potential sales opportunities within the customer base and territory.\
  • Maintain adequate training and understanding of the TPS brand's Unique Selling Proposition, product range features, and benefits.\
  • Effectively manage time to maximise opportunities from customer visits.\
