We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying and winning new clients in the Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment space.

Your Mission:

  1. Identify and acquire new clients in the Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment sector.
  2. Work closely with the Business Director to develop tailored solutions for clients' unique needs.
  3. Stay ahead of industry trends by leveraging your professional networks and communities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A proven track record in business development within the 360 recruitment space in Engineering, Manufacturing or Technology sectors.
  2. The ability to work effectively with the Business Director to deliver client solutions.
  3. Excellent networking and communication skills.
  4. A strong understanding of the Engineering and Manufacturing industries.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer private healthcare options, car allowance, hybrid working, and access to discounted health clubs and memberships.
