Key Responsibilities
  1. Grow user base for Builder Studio products through effective sales team management and your own pipeline build and conversion.
  2. Manage the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to conversion through multiple sales approaches, including inbound, outbound, and field sales coverage.
  3. Recruit, train and optimise a team of SDRs across your area to drive growth.
  4. Maintain daily and weekly sales metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance via internal systems.
  5. Develop your team to drive growth for your area of the UK to feed into the total UK number.
  6. Identify and support business development and partnership opportunities in your region.
  7. Conduct regular data-based reporting to the UK Country Manager for Builder Studio.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of B2B sales experience with 1+ years managing high volume SDR teams.
  2. Experience having field sales or outbound call centre is a strong preference.
  3. Self-starter with proven success as a sales manager and business developer.
  4. Experience selling into the SMB market is a strong preference.
  5. Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or SalesForce.com.
  6. Excellent written and spoken English.
  7. Passionate and results-driven.
