Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of all sales activities within their assigned territory, setting a culture that supports the achievement of targets for themselves and their sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them
  • Leading by example when it comes to advising on house types, specification, tenure placement, marketing and buying procedures
  • Ensuring new developments launch on time with the correct product for the market, reservations are agreed and progressed through to completion in line with forecast

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the new homes market. They will also be able to demonstrate good administration skills, data protection and confidentiality awareness, and an understanding of Salesforce.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales leadership roles within the new homes market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the new homes market and industry trends
  • Good administration skills and attention to detail
  • Data protection and confidentiality awareness
  • An understanding of Salesforce
