Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer database, including prospecting and database expansion
  • Identify new target contacts, within assigned accounts and assigned industries through proactive efforts
  • Conduct online research, direct calling, and emailing to target contacts
  • Generate new business opportunities, from single listings to large projects and complete global programs
  • Build strong business relationships with new, potential, and existing customers
  • Qualify in-bound enquiries and liaise with senior team members to progress new leads

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B sales/Business development Europe wide
  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
  • 'Hunter/prospector' - Someone who enjoys prospecting and creating opportunities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure professional interactions
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to co-ordinate meetings with internal management team
  • Excellent time management skills in prioritizing daily activities and responsibilities
