Business Development Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer database, including prospecting and database expansion
- Identify new target contacts, within assigned accounts and assigned industries through proactive efforts
- Conduct online research, direct calling, and emailing to target contacts
- Generate new business opportunities, from single listings to large projects and complete global programs
- Build strong business relationships with new, potential, and existing customers
- Qualify in-bound enquiries and liaise with senior team members to progress new leads
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in B2B sales/Business development Europe wide
- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
- 'Hunter/prospector' - Someone who enjoys prospecting and creating opportunities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure professional interactions
- Excellent organization skills and ability to co-ordinate meetings with internal management team
- Excellent time management skills in prioritizing daily activities and responsibilities
