Drive Operational Excellence with Innovative Digital Solutions

IntaPeople: STEM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operational Digital Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bridgend. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence through the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital applications and outputs, including dashboards, applications, and reports, to support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the wider business improvement team on cross-functional improvement projects, leveraging your expertise in digital solutions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot current operational support systems, ensuring seamless performance and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and enhance operational digital systems, tools, and platforms, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Create analytical reports and dashboards for the operational management team using ERP data sets, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Support the execution of collaborative improvement projects, working closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong experience in a Software/Systems Development role, with a proven track record of delivering digital solutions.
  • Desirable: Six Sigma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Access.
  • Capability in using Power BI software, and understanding of SQL Server, including VBA.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £50,000, plus the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions.
