Business Development Professional

Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and engage with potential new customers through outbound sales efforts.
* Follow up on warm inbound leads, build relationships with customers using a consultative approach.
* Handle a high volume of sales interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
* Offer tailored solutions to meet clients' needs after understanding what they are looking for.
* Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Experience in an outbound B2B sales role.
* Proven track record of delivering the full sales cycle, including closing sales and achieving sales targets.
* Experience using a consultative approach to understand and sell to customers.
* Self-motivated, agile, and open to change.
Benefits:
* Salary of £27,000.
* Uncapped commission.
* 23 days + BH.
* 2 wellness days per year.

* 9-5 Monday – Friday. Half hour break.
