We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Contact Centre in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-class customer service to our 70,000 tenants across the Midlands. This includes handling inbound calls, emails, and social media inquiries, taking ownership of resolving issues, and ensuring a right-first-time resolution.

This role requires a high level of resilience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle emotive and challenging contacts. You will be passionate about helping others, thrive on problem-solving, and have a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our tenants.

In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
