  • Assessing and reviewing existing service users placed in care homes">
  • Working effectively with other professionals to promote safe living conditions">

Requirements:

  • Post-qualifying experience as a Learning Disabilities Social Worker">
  • HCPC registration">
  • 1-2 years post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry">
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can assist with this)">
  • Eligibility to work in the UK">
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience">
