Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that assessments and care plans reflect the psychological, emotional, social care, treatment, intervention, and risk management needs of adults with acute mental health problems. They will also work closely with other disciplines to deliver joined-up care, take joint responsibility for teaching and assessing student nurses, and actively identify equality and diversity issues affecting service users.
