**Salary and Benefits**

We offer an attractive salary of £12.60 per hour, with mileage contribution at 30p per mile. Our Care Professionals also receive industry-leading training and opportunities for professional growth.

**Job Description**

As a Care and Support Professional with Home Instead, you will provide essential non-medical services to help our clients maintain their independence in their own homes. This includes:

  • Companionship and social interaction
  • General housekeeping and domestic support
  • Non-medical personal care and assistance

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A compassionate and caring attitude towards older adults
  • No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for supporting others is essential
  • Good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (although other transportation methods may be considered)
