Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team at Topgolf. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the creation of a safe and secure environment for players and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and manage the Maintenance and Facilities teams to achieve high-quality results through training and support
- Proactively seek ways to enhance the facility and player experience
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of utility services (gas, electric, water, and heating supply) and ability to resolve issues for crisis management
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible working hours
- Full induction and training
- Ongoing professional development in a rapidly growing company
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000.00 + 10% bonus.
