Facilities Management Team Lead

We are a leading engineering recruitment agency, TECREC (ENGINEERING RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS) LTD, seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Team Lead to oversee the management of our Hard FM services across multiple sites in the southern area.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in both Facilities Management and the Rail Industry, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and SLAs. As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 operatives across 3 depots, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
A recognised qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or Fabric is essential, along with a full UK driving licence. Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services or Maintenance, as well as the Rail Industry, is also crucial for success in this role.
Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position offers a rewarding career path and the opportunity to work with a well-established company.
