We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites for Foundation Recruitment.

This role is critical in ensuring our buildings operate efficiently, safely, and effectively, providing an excellent environment for staff and visitors.

  • Oversee and manage on-site building management systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage contractors for hard and soft services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping, to maintain high standards of quality and service delivery.
  • Monitor and control budgets for facilities operations to achieve cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or safety.
  • E nsure all sites comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect people, property, and the environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
