Operational Facilities Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Topgolf UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Maintenance and Facilities teams, ensuring they deliver a high quality of work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance and operational systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. They will also possess effective communication skills and be able to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Maintenance and Facilities teams
  • Proactively seek ways to improve the facility and player experience
  • General upkeep of the building, outfield, targets and surrounding areas
Requirements
  • Must have a thorough understanding of utilities services (gas, electric, water & heating supply)
  • Experience leading a Maintenance or Facilities Team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
