We are seeking an experienced Equipment and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at MedPharm. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in facilities management. You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and compliance of our facilities and equipment, managing external contractors, and ensuring all work is properly scoped, agreed, budgeted, scheduled, and implemented in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be IT literate, and proficient in MS Office. You will also have experience working with a cGxP or equivalent quality management system and equipment validation. As a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual, you will be able to carry out duties and quality reviews without supervision, drawing on your experience to make decisions.

In this role, you will assist with procedures involved in the equipment life cycle, including onboarding, routine maintenance, contract renewal, SOP drafting and periodic review, risk assessment drafting and periodic review, troubleshooting, retirement, and withdrawal. You will also assist with laboratory and facility modifications, manage outsourced contractors, and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
