Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Topgolf UK. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Maintenance and Facilities teams and drive excellence in facilities management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and develop the Maintenance and Facilities teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  2. Identify opportunities to improve the facility and player experience, and implement changes as needed
  3. Manage the upkeep of the building, outfield, targets, and surrounding areas, including routine maintenance and repairs
  4. Oversee the safe use and operation of maintenance tools, PPE, and other equipment
  5. Coordinate the ordering of maintenance supplies and place orders with nominated suppliers within approved limits
  6. Ensure the smooth operation of ball dispensers and sustain an optimal level of golf balls flowing through the system

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively
