About the Role

We are a dynamic and growing company, and we need someone with a strong background in maintenance and facilities management to lead our Maintenance and Facilities teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our golf facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Maintenance and Facilities teams to deliver high-quality work and maintain a safe and secure environment for players and staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall player experience and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the upkeep of the building, outfield, targets, and surrounding areas, including routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all maintenance supplies are fully stocked and that orders are placed from nominated suppliers as required.
  • Monitor the operation and safe use of maintenance tools, PPE, and other work-related equipment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A thorough understanding of utilities services (gas, electric, water, and heating supply) and the ability to problem-solve these areas to aid crisis management.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience leading a Maintenance or Facilities team.
