Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and project work. This role requires a strong understanding of facilities management principles and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the upkeep of our building, outfield, targets, and surrounding areas
  • Ensure the safe use of maintenance tools and equipment
  • Manage maintenance supplies and place orders from nominated suppliers
  • Monitor the operation of ball dispensers and ensure they are working effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the facility and player experience

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000.00 + 10% bonus, as well as flexible working hours and full induction training. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including 50% off our food menu and access to exclusive discounts on retailers and restaurants.

Requirements

  • Must have a thorough understanding of utilities services (gas, electric, water & heating supply)
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to aid crisis management
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading a Maintenance or Facilities Team
