Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager
About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Topgolf. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Maintenance and Facilities teams, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our players and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Maintenance and Facilities teams, delivering high-quality work through training and support.
- Proactively seek ways to improve the facility and player experience.
- Maintain the building, outfield, targets, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure operational standards are met, carrying out basic repairs in-house.
- Monitor maintenance tools, PPE, and equipment usage.
- Manage maintenance supplies and place orders from approved suppliers.
- Maintain efficient ball dispenser functionality and ensure a satisfactory golf ball flow.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of utilities services (gas, electric, water & heating supply) and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing a Maintenance or Facilities Team.
