Head of Regional Sales and Development

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our regional sales and development efforts as our Head of Regional Sales and Development. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract that offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and deliver commercial results within our designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, members, and external stakeholders.
- Commercial Expertise:
- Proven sales skills with a commercial focus, able to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
