We are seeking a talented Head of Regional Business Development to join our team in London. As a key member of our Scandinavian & DACH operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success across the region.

Your primary focus will be on identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to meet clients' needs in the Technology, Life Sciences, Energy, and Data Centres sectors. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall direction of the business within your sector and develop through one-on-one mentoring and bespoke external training programs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about developing their skills and knowledge. If you have a degree, sales experience, and a hardworking attitude, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.

**Our Benefits Package**

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission schemes, flexible working hours, extended lunch breaks, holiday incentives, and regular business trips.
