Regional Commercial Head Job Description:
POP MART seeks a highly skilled Regional Commercial Head to drive sales and marketing efforts in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, a data-driven approach, and experience in an enterprise-scale business.
Main Accountabilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion of the retail business in the European region.
- Market Performance: Manage multiple markets and countries to meet or exceed performance targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business development.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and local authorities to drive business success.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of regional managers and store staff, promoting collaboration and excellence.
- Budget Oversight: Oversee budgets, costs, and inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws and company policies, maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform strategic decisions, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of success in sales & marketing leadership roles within the Retail industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
- Critical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business environments.
Estimated Annual Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 (dependent on experience)
Work Location: Europe-wide (UK, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Germany)
