Job Description:

As a Regional Commercial Operations Lead with AmSpec Group, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial activities across the region. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and evaluate sales, marketing, tender, and commercial operations, working closely with Managers and Account Managers at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve commercial performance and meet market demands

• Coordinate and support tender and price rate agreements

• Foster strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and client visits

• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform business decisions

• Collect and provide insights on market intelligence, market shares, and other revenue-driving activities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Represent the company at industry functions and engage in marketing activities with existing and potential clients

• Participate in special projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (obtained through education or experience)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable organization and role, with at least 3 years in the TIC industry

• Proven time management skills and attention to detail

Essentials:

• Strong understanding of the company's business and client base

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English and additional languages is an asset

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
