Galderma seeks a skilled Regional Business Manager - Aesthetics to join our team in the Midlands UK region. As a seasoned Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy that drives growth and increases market share.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of the skincare industry and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of Account Managers to achieve sales and lead KPIs
- Fostering relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to win new business
- Developing and implementing regional business plans to drive growth and increase market share
- Collaborating with the Head of Corporate Accounts to identify and execute on high-opportunity accounts
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
