About the Job

Account Management Team Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our Account Management team in London, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing a regional sales patch, managing Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver global campaign strategy and planning across Hearst's magazines worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Head of the team to set strategic goals for regional client portfolio growth and identify new commercial opportunities for Global Operations.
  2. Oversee the Regional Account Management team to ensure smooth delivery of global campaign pitches.
  3. Maintain a financial overview of all opportunities in partnership with the finance hub.
  4. Identify business opportunities to grow the commercial product and strategy portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in account management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
