Account Management Team Lead
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our Account Management team in London, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing a regional sales patch, managing Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver global campaign strategy and planning across Hearst's magazines worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of the team to set strategic goals for regional client portfolio growth and identify new commercial opportunities for Global Operations.
- Oversee the Regional Account Management team to ensure smooth delivery of global campaign pitches.
- Maintain a financial overview of all opportunities in partnership with the finance hub.
- Identify business opportunities to grow the commercial product and strategy portfolio.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in account management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
