We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales and Engineering Lead to join our team at Verto People in the South East region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and engineering to work remotely, generating new business and managing key accounts for compressed air products and solutions.

About the Role
  • Selling compressed air products and services to OEM customers and end-user channels
  • Maintaining new compressor sales through demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets
  • Liaising with various engineering departments
  • Fully remote, home-based, with regular travel visiting customers across the South East
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a number of key accounts for compressed air equipment
  • Coordinating with the Service Department to provide top-notch after-sales support
  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Traveling throughout the South East region in the UK
Requirements
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar within engineering
  • Degree in a relevant field such as HNC, HND, or higher is advantageous
  • Full clean driving license
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
What We Offer
  • £42,000 - £45,000 salary based on experience
