Job Overview
Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Field Sales Manager to join our team and lead our regional sales efforts in the South. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of brand ambassadors, driving direct sales KPIs, and strategizing on the expansion of the Southern region. If you have a proven track record of managing teams, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work 3 days per week in our Central London office and 2 days working from home. You will be expected to collaborate closely with our logistics managers and brand ambassadors to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Management of Brand Ambassadors & all fixed-term employees within the South
• Motivation of all employees with regular 1-1's
• Ensuring direct sales KPIs are executed
• Strategizing on the expansion of the Southern region

Requirements
• Proven experience in managing teams of 15+ employees
• P&L cost management
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
