Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve quota targets.
  2. Aligning SAP solutions with customer strategic objectives and developing account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  3. Establishing strong relationships with customers and providing trusted advice to help them achieve their goals.
  4. Actively understanding each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  5. Leading designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  6. Developing and delivering comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management
  1. Maintaining a rolling pipeline through a disciplined approach.
  2. Executing sales strategies and roadmaps to advance and close sales opportunities.
  3. Building and sharing best practice sales and negotiation skills.
  4. Executing initiatives on the customer base and maintaining White Space analysis.
  5. Deploying resources to execute winning sales cycles.
  6. Positioning SAP solutions against competitors.
  7. Maintaining CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
Requirements
  1. Experience in sales of complex enterprise software, ideally with Finance, Treasury, GRC, and Order to Cash SaaS solutions.
  2. Experience selling and aligning sales strategy with business model innovations and digital transformations against customer challenges.
  3. Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals.
  4. Business acumen to communicate at the CFO, CTO, CIO, and other CxO levels.
  5. Understanding of Financial and Order to Cash processes and business value.
  6. Multi-industry sales experience.
  7. Proven track record in business application software sales.
  8. Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns.
  9. Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
  10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
