Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme that rewards high performers. Additionally, we provide up to 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and the option to buy up to 5 days additional leave.
Job DescriptionThe Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maximising business from a portfolio of large regional accounts through customer visits, sales presentations, and account management.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular visits to main offices and customer sites to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist with the production of tenders and proposals to secure new contracts.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Work closely with the Area Sales team to develop new business and depot accounts into the Regional Account portfolio.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in field sales, preferably with experience in the Hire/Construction industry.
- A driving licence (essential).
You will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
