Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our Executive Jet Management, Inc. team. As a key member of our Sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive and achieve sales targets within your region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a Sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of Sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Manage and motivate team members through clear goal setting, regular feedback, and coaching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze Sales performance data to inform business decisions.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of Sales leadership experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
- Business fluent in Dutch, French, or German language both written and verbal preferred.
£80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
