Senior Regional Sales Strategy Lead

Holt Executive Ltd seeks a seasoned Senior Channel Development/Strategy Manager – EMEA to lead our channel sales efforts and drive growth across the region.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to create and execute effective channel sales strategies, build strong relationships with channel partners, and analyse market trends to inform business decisions. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining a network of channel partners, providing sales training and technical guidance, and ensuring partners have access to accurate product information and industry insights.
Key Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in the APNT or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a channel sales environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the APNT industry, including market dynamics, key players, and emerging trends.
- Domain experience in Aerospace, Defense, Surveying, Autonomous Vehicles/Robotics, and Maritime/Subsea markets is highly beneficial.
Salary: £110,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
