We're seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the position of Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager at Gartner. As a key member of our team, you'll drive business growth through strategic partnerships with mid-sized enterprise businesses and become a market expert within the high-tech industry.

Annual Salary: The estimated annual compensation for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, comprising a base salary and uncapped commission structure. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including generous time off and opportunities for professional development.

About the Job: As a sales professional with Gartner, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives across various high-tech organizations. Your primary objective will be to sign new logos and increase net contract value for our region, driving business growth objectives and achieving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to win new business and expand existing contracts.
  • Become a market expert within high-tech mid-sized enterprise client accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, providing valuable insights and guidance to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • English language comprehension is essential; Scandinavian or Dutch language skills are desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building, and challenger sales methods.
