Student Support Coordinator

As a Student Support Coordinator for Prospectus-4, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our client's admissions process. This temporary, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a prestigious London University, providing a hybrid working model with 3 days per week based on-site in Central London and the rest remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact within the team for enquiries, providing prompt and effective responses to clients and stakeholders.
  • Complete tasks in accordance with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-level service to all clients and stakeholders.
  • Organise, upload, and monitor databases to ensure records are accurate against specified metrics used within the department.
  • Process invoices and input financial data into systems to support the tracking of departmental budgets.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a higher education or customer service environment.
  • Experience handling, prioritising, and problem-solving a range of enquiries.
  • Strong customer service, engaging communication, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including usage of Microsoft Office packages and other systems/databases.
