Job Description

In this esteemed role as a Perinatal Mental Health Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to the North West Hub team, ensuring exceptional care and support for women in need. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in community mental health services, with a strong understanding of perinatal mental health issues.
  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional qualification is required, along with evidence of continuing professional development.
  • You will be responsible for managing a delegated budget and financial resources, ensuring efficient use of funds to deliver high-quality services.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior medical, nursing, social, and clinical staff.
  • You will also be expected to contribute to the implementation of the Trust's Corporate Plan, Delivery Plan, and Performance Management Plan.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
