Job Summary: As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health's clinic in Chelmsford, you will play a key role in improving mental health care by providing exceptional treatment plans and evaluations. This position involves collaborating with a dynamic team to create a supportive environment for clients. The ideal candidate should have effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to demonstrate stable boundaries, and proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.

The compensation package includes a salary of $62,000 - $112,000 annually, which is highly competitive in the industry. Additionally, employees receive full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, free weekly supervision, paid time for Continuing Education activities, and reimbursement for Continuing Education expenses. A hybrid work schedule and comfortable, furnished offices are also provided in a welcoming environment.

This position requires a Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields, on track to obtain licensure, and clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC). The ideal candidate should also have experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, as well as a minimum of 27 clients per week for Full-Time status clinicians.
