Community Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Band 7 Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Initiating Treatment Team in Chelmsford, Essex.

This role offers a chance to work closely with the Primary Care Network Mental Health Team, facilitating reviews of patient needs and initiating mental health treatment for various conditions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and shape the way forward in delivering Community Primary Care Mental Health Services.

About the Role
  • Facilitate reviews of patient needs and initiate mental health treatment
  • Provide education, monitoring, and initiation of mental health medication management
  • Collaborate with the Primary Care Network Mental Health Team

Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health (RMN) qualification
  • Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification or willingness to undertake training
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD)
Salary and Benefits

£40,876 - £62,586 per annum (inclusive of high-cost area supplement where applicable)
