About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health's clinic in Chelmsford. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and completing ongoing documentation. You will also collaborate with a dynamic team to provide exceptional care to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to demonstrate stable boundaries, and proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.

We offer a highly competitive salary of $62,000 - $112,000 annually, as well as full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, free weekly supervision, paid time for Continuing Education activities, and reimbursement for Continuing Education expenses. A hybrid work schedule and comfortable, furnished offices are also provided in a welcoming environment.

For consideration, applicants should have a Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields, on track to obtain licensure, and clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC). Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is also required, as well as a minimum of 27 clients per week for Full-Time status clinicians.
