Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Psychological Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team working in adult outpatients. This is a permanent opportunity for a talented individual to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality therapy services to adults. The successful candidate will have either BACP or UKCP accreditation and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess and develop personalized therapy plans for patients
  • To deliver one-to-one and group therapy sessions
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £40,500 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including company pension, free parking, gym membership, health & wellbeing programme, on-site parking, and store discount.

Work Location and Schedule

This role is based in Chelmsford, Essex, and requires a regular presence in the office Monday to Friday.
