An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior clinician to join the SET CAMHS Eating Disorder Service in North East London NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will work closely with an 8A senior therapist, 8B Clinical lead, and Team Manager to support the delivery of care for young people with Eating Disorders. The primary objective is to prevent Tier 4 admissions while providing psychological support and sharing clinical oversight across the service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessment, treatment, and outcome measurement for patients
- Providing clinical supervision to staff and supporting clinical development within the Intensive Support Pathway
- Collaborating with external agencies to ensure ongoing care provisions for young people
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Eating Disorders and working with young people who present with complexity and significant levels of distress. They should have highly developed knowledge of specialist therapeutic assessment, formulation, and intervention skills, as well as specific expertise in psychological interventions for young people with Eating Disorders.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
