Job Title: Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
Location: St Andrews Therapy Department
Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our established team within Burns, Plastics, and Hand Therapy. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clinical interventions both face-to-face and virtual appointments to a wide range of patients under the management of our plastic surgery, orthopedics, and rheumatology consultants.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to develop their skills in a specialist setting. Depending on previous experience, the post could be available to a Band 5 applicant who can work towards competencies with the support of senior staff. Full training will be provided to ensure successful integration into the team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain diverse experience across different aspects of the specialty, with scope to rotate across other areas of Burns and Plastic Surgery in the future. You will assess and treat your own caseload of patients as part of a Multi-disciplinary Team, providing Hand Therapy in a specialist Burns and Plastic Surgery Centre, contributing to service development and participating in Clinical Audit and research.

Requirements
  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration (Essential)
  • Relevant clinical experience of hands, plastics, orthopaedics (Desirable)

Salary

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
