Clinical Lead for Children's Mental Health Services

**Job Overview**
North East London NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health services, and we are seeking an experienced clinical lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead for Children's Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people across North East London.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, with experience in managing complex cases and supervising junior staff. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for children and young people with mental health needs
- Providing clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
