Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Perinatal Clinical Lead to join our team at the Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of perinatal mental health services across Essex.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the perinatal mental health team
- Develop and implement perinatal mental health policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in perinatal mental health
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, psychology, social work)
- Significant experience working in perinatal mental health or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading teams and managing budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families
- Knowledge of perinatal mental health policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

**Salary**
£62,883 - £86,993 per annum (dependent on experience)
