Clinical Lead for Paediatric Community Care

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take on a challenging role in the Essex area.
About the RoleThis Paediatric Nurse Manager position involves providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalized care plans, and working closely with a core team of carers to develop their clinical skills and activities.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver tailored care plans that meet individual clients' needs.
- Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and collaboration.
- Monitor, support, and assess clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload.
- Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management.
- Maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families.
- Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish bespoke packages of care.
- RSCN qualification with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
- A supportive management style that brings out the best in others.
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
- Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT.
- Suitability for Band 5/6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs.
- A full UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential.
- An estimated annual salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
- Two days of flexible working from home per week and three days in the community.
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours.
- 33 days of annual leave.
