About the Role:Meditalent Ltd is seeking a skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our mental health care team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a dedicated team to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a role model and point of contact alongside other management staff.
- Lead a responsive and dedicated team to ensure an excellent standard of care for all patients.
- Proven experience in leadership in a hospital setting.
- Mental health experience.
- NMC pin registered.
- Private healthcare experience and management experience are preferable.
- Generous annual leave.
- Sick pay.
- Company pension scheme.
The estimated salary for this role is £54,000 per annum, plus benefits and paid enhancements. This is a full-time permanent position based in Chelmsford.
