Clinical Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Staff Nurse to join our Ward and Outpatients team at Rivers Hospital in Hertfordshire. As a Clinical Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients on our ward and will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of outstanding patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment and will possess excellent clinical skills and knowledge of paediatric care. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the on-call system post-discharge for Paediatric patients.
- Contribute to the development of individualized care plans for each patient.
