Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to lead our team in providing exceptional care to individuals with mental illness. This challenging role offers the opportunity to develop therapeutic relationships, follow established codes of conduct, and contribute to patient assessments.
About the Role
As a senior nurse at Priory, you will be responsible for leading shifts, mentoring, and supporting student nurses and other team members. Your excellent team working skills, self-motivation, and flexible approach will enable you to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.
- Provide high standards of care to people with mental illness.
- Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
- Follow all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation.
- Contribute to patient assessments, compile plans of care, and monitor progress.
- Lead shifts, mentor, and support student nurses and other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
