Clinical Supervision Lead Position

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Essex Child and Family wellbeing services, providing clinical supervision to CAMHS practitioners and supporting reflective practice, emotional wellbeing, and professional development.
Responsibilities and Duties- Lead and coordinate clinical supervision sessions for CAMHS practitioners.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support practitioner wellbeing and professional development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated approaches to mental health care.
- Master's degree in mental health-related field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology).
- Experience in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) or similar therapeutic modality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
