We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Cover Supervisor to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide essential support to teaching staff by supervising students during lessons, maintaining classroom order, and contributing to a productive learning environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with students aged 4-16 and possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during lessons and maintain a distraction-free environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a respectful atmosphere
  • Develop effective relationships with students, teachers, and support staff
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with students aged 4-16
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with students
