Healthcare Team Lead in Oncology

At GenesisCare UK, we are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Team Lead in Oncology to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing world-class cancer care. With a strong background in oncology and exercise science, this role is responsible for leading the Exercise Clinic team at our state-of-the-art cancer care centre located in Elstree.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the development and implementation of exercise medicine programs for patients with cancer.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Manage clinical workflows, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience or equivalent clinical experience at a Band 6 level, preferably working with patients in oncology. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
